Events and Registration
Registration for our workshops and events is free unless otherwise stated. By registering, you are reserving a spot and agreeing to receive communications related to the event, including confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-up messages.
No Guarantee of Results
Our workshops and programs are educational and coaching in nature. Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or transformation from attending our events or programs.
Communications
By registering for an event, you agree to receive transactional communications including event confirmations and reminders via email. If you separately opt in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to your registration. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content shared during our workshops and events — including materials, frameworks, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Spiritually Grounded Coaching LLC. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Conduct
We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive environment for all participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
Carrier Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritually Grounded Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in any event or program. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes
Instructions to opt-out
By opting into SMS communications from Coach Gabe Pressman, you agree to receive text messages related to coaching services, appointments, reminders, follow-ups, and support updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Disclosures for message/data rates
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us through the website.
Age restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services and opt into SMS communications
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
